Pistol recoil springs

Never. We shoot about every day in season, last year over 28,00 9mm alone. We primarily compete with GLOCK pistols and they just keep running. They just keep running.

I change my springs regularly. On some guns it's occasionally to never, depending on the use. I change them on a 1911 every 3,000 rounds like what most folks recommend. On a glock, a higher count, but I will eventually change it. I don't keep good records of rounds fired, but I have a reasonable guess.

I change my mag springs too, but not as often.

That said... I prefer revolvers.
