I've been thinking about keeping ramen in my prep stash. I know it's not the healthiest option, but it's super cheap and lasts a decent amount of time. Just wondering if anyone here has experience with how long they can really last past the best-by date. Also, how do you store yours? Just in the box or do you have a better method? Anyone got tips to make them more useful for the long haul? Seems like they hold up longer than you'd expect!
