Current Suppressor Wait Times: Share Your Experience

I'm interested in hearing from fellow gun owners about their recent suppressor approvals. What was your wait time like? Did you use eForms or paper, and was it a dealer transfer or through a trust? Any tips for a newbie in the NFA process would be appreciated.

I went through the eFile process for dealer transfer @ a year ago for my YHM Resonator R2 and waited 9 months nearly to the day. I hear wait times are MUCH less than that now……sometimes only 2-3 days.

Yeah, totally, eForms has really sped things up. Nine months used to be the norm, but now a few days is crazy fast. Makes the whole NFA process way less stressful.

Meant to post back on this before now, but got sidetracked. So, I decided to purchase a CMMG Defcan .22 Gen 2 for my Glock 44. Certified with my dealer at 10:00 AM August 27th and I got the approval email from ATF at 08:00 the NEXT day. Less than 24hrs turn-around time!! Can’t beat that!!!
