NO road vehicle can safely be driven through deep fast flowing water -they ALL have enough flotation potential to allow them to get carried away be flowing water, sometimes/vehicles it just takes a few inches. Otherwise a ft or two will do it. If you live where it’s low leave Before the water rises.

Yeah moving water is way more powerful than it looks and even shallow depths can be enough to take a vehicle off its wheels.
