I mostly hunt whitetail, but I also enjoy turkey hunting in the spring and some small game when the mood hits me. Lately, I've been getting into competitive shooting and trying to enhance my skills. There's always room for improvement, no matter how seasoned you are!

Howdy and welcome. I been working on enhancing my off hand rifle skills. I want to get into some buffalo rifle matches if I can run across them. Buffalo guns and iron sights. Not much of that around Ky that I'm aware of.

Hunt deer pretty hard during the season. We have several nice deer this way, but nothing like Christian County. You name it. Squirrel, dove, turkey. We enjoy wild game over just about everything else. I prefer lever guns for hunting, my old eves don’t care for them as much! I even put a scope on a Henry 360 last year but haven’t connected as of yet.

My last take with a lever guns was a big 8 pt with a 444 Marlin! Two years ago during the rut and he ate well! Idk about the Buffalo matches, but they seem like they would be fun.
Regards,
